Ahead of today’s Youth Section action in the Kent Youth League we catch up on last weekends action…
Match Week 3 – Sunday 17th September
The weekend saw another set of entertaining fixtures however the Under 18 (1st Years) were again left without a fixture, this time a waterlogged pitch against costal side Ramsgate leaving the team with another weekend off.
Our Under 18 (2nd Years) side faced last weeks opposition, Meridian VPR, again this time in the League Cup. This time a clean sheet and goals from Nodi and Toby Bennett were enough for the Ravens to progress to the second round.
The Under 16’s bounced back from their opening day defeat with a fantastic win against Sporting Club Thamesmead.
Bromley Under 15’s saw off tough opposition in the form of Erith and Belvedere. A tough encounter saw Bromley come out 2-1 winners. Two wins from two now for our Under 15’s.
Our Under 14’s continued their impressive goal scoring with another big win this time against Phoenix Sports leaving the Under 14’s on unbeaten and on maximum points.
Our new Under 13 side suffered there second defeat of the new campaign at the hands of Junior Reds and will be hoping to bounce back this weekend when they face another game with Junior Reds.
