At Bromley Football Club, we are looking to expand our team of Security & Facility staff, to assist with our evening and weekend pitch hires & maintenance around the site of our Football Club.
Candidates must be aged 18 or over, and will have experience working within a security environment. You will be required to work flexible hours which will include evenings, and weekends (including Sundays), and this may also include matchday work (which is usually on a Saturday afternoon/evening or a midweek evening).
Your typical day will be to open up our stadium facilities at 4:30pm for our range of evening pitch hires, in which we look after several private pitch hires as well as other football teams. You will then continue to patrol the pitches and bar for the evening, ensuring the grounds are tidy and presentable at all times. You will be required to shut down parts of the stadium that are no longer required throughout the evening, including doors, windows shutters, internal doors etc.
At the end of the night, you will be required to turn off floodlights, pick up litter, sweep the changing rooms and shut down the stadium by locking up all doors, gates, and setting alarms on the premises.
Suitable training for the role will be provided by Bromley Football Club. The hours of work will be 5pm to 11pm, although sometimes this may finish slightly later weeknights. Saturday work is regular, and Sunday hours are 8am-10pm, with two separate one hour breaks. Lunch will also be provided on Sundays.
