New Football Secretary appointed

Bromley Football Club are pleased to welcome Lewis Timms to Hayes Lane, as he takes on the role of Football Secretary.

Timms, who has over ten years’ experience in Sporting Administration, joins the off-field team having worked at Tottenham Hotspur for the past four and a half years. During his time with Spurs, Lewis led on home matchday operations, contract drafting, Club Governance, whilst more recently playing a key role in the COVID testing process.

Timms is delighted to bring his experience to Hayes Lane, and commented; “I’m delighted to embark on a new challenge with Bromley Football Club. I’m pleased to get involved for the remainder of this season and looking forward to progressing with the Club on what should be an exciting journey.”

General Manager Jeff Hutton added; “We are delighted to welcome Lewis to Hayes Lane. He joins our team of highly motivated and self-driven individuals and to attract someone with his experience and talent is another sign of how far we have come both on and off the field at Bromley FC”.

Meanwhile, Matt Hall will now take on the sole focus of the Club’s Community work as we look to launch our new charitable trust in the coming months.
