Bromley visited the home ground of current league leaders and left with a well deserved point.

Victoire started the brightest and could have taken the lead but for a brave block from Davies denying the hosts the openoing goal. Dyer had Bromley’s first sight of goal, beating the goalie to the ball at the edge of the box but found several recovering defenders between her and the goal and from a wide angle was unable to hit the target. Bays and Rafferty both had long range efforts but were unable to beat the Victoire goalie. Bromley had Davies to thank again just before half time as Victoire threatened from a corner this time heading away a goal bound effort from under the bar.

The second half continued to be tightly fought contested. Bays connected with a Higginson clearance but her lob over the keeper fell wide of the post. Rusk and Cannon again tested the Victoire keeper from long range. At the other end Higginson in goal for Bromley was commanding her box, collecting crosses and through balls bravely whilst Krautwasser and Davies kept the leagues top scorer from having a clear shot on goal all game. Victoire were reduced to ten with fifteen minutes left after an elbow on Morris. Bromley were pushing for the winner and Lecomber had a shot well blocked by the defender. From the resulting Robertson corner Dyer almost found the net but her volley was off target.
