Wow, what a week it has been! We are still replaying the 67th minute of our FA Trophy Final against Wrexham on Sunday 22nd May in our heads and on every handheld, video device possible.
A minute that became a moment in our club history; a day we will treasure for years and years to come.
Since then, we’ve been celebrating in quite some style. You might have joined us in Broomfields or around the streets of Bromley to do exactly that. The players’ achievements on the pitch have given everyone off it a real boost. To further celebrate their achievement, we launched our 2022/23 Season Ticket campaign on Tuesday 24th May, giving supporters notice that from midday on Friday 27th May you could secure your seat at Hayes Lane for the upcoming season for just £97 for 97 hours.
We are so grateful to the hundreds upon hundreds of you who are supporting the boys next season. Launching on our new Ticketmaster platform, we are aware of the technical issues many suffered which has caused several issues for which we apologise profusely. As promised, on Wednesday 1st June, we will be holding a Season Ticket Pop Up at Broomfields Bar and Kitchen from 9am-7pm, so we can help supporters who might not have access to the internet or be able to access a computer. Given the complications many have encountered, we are extending this opportunity to anyone who might want to pop in with a question or query, as well as keeping the Season Ticket offer live until 7pm on Wednesday.
For those who have contacted us on firstname.lastname@example.org with refund requests, we are currently working our way through them today and hope to issue refunds as soon as possible.
If you are unsure whether your ticket purchase has gone through, we advise you check your Ticketmaster ‘purchase history’:
– This is located at the top right of the Ticketmaster page when clicking on the little silhouette of a person.
– Then click ‘View Account Menu’.
– Then click ‘Account History’.
– Then on the drop down menu, click ‘Purchase History’.
A reminder that you will be issued seat and row numbers at random. We will then be in contact with you over new seat and row numbers so please ignore the one you have initially been issued so don’t worry if your seat is separate to a member of your party.
Thank you for your support, patience and understanding during what has been an incredibly exciting and busy time.
