Dear supporter,

I’m writing to you as our Bromley Football Club family. We hope that each and every one of you and your loved ones are keeping well in these testing times and following the advice set out by our Government and health professionals.

It’s heartwarming to see the effort that the management team and Club staff have gone to in order to help those in need in our local community, whether they be elderly, vulnerable or simply in need of support. This goes to show how we as a Club can truly make a difference to those around us, and further demonstrates the power of football.

Though it’s what we’ve all been brought together by, in situations like this, football itself is irrelevant. We are all missing watching our beloved team take to the pitch, but unfortunately it’s a necessary step to prevent further spread of Covid-19. The responsibility to protect and support each other at this time lies with us all.

We will endeavour to keep everyone updated as much as possible, however, to protect the safety and welfare of players, staff and supporters, the Stadium will remain closed to the public until further notice. Rest assured that players will be working hard from home to maintain fitness and mental wellbeing, and Club staff will also be working hard to keep supporters engaged and entertained, as well as handling any queries.

With that in mind we will be operating a ‘Community Support Care Line’ for the elderly and vulnerable, which will be open Monday to Friday from 10am-3pm as of 23rd March. For more information please click here>

Remember to keep your loved ones safe, look out for one another and quite simply, be kind.

All the very best,

Robin Stanton-Gleaves
Bromley Football Club
