Summer fun for Harris HospisCare
|
10 June 2012
Bromley Football Club and it’s Community team, supported by Ancaster, were on hand Saturday to support Harris HospisCare and their Summer Fair on the green at Green Street Green.
The Summer Fair was a brilliant success with live music and entertainment all day plus a popular BBQ and Beer & Pimms Tent. The Club's Community team were present throughout the day with a “Beat the Goalie” competition and stall. The team also put on a competition in the main arena for children and adults to take part in. Flyers for the Club's Community coaching sessions and the first team's pre season fixtures were gratefully received by those in attendance.
Harris HospisCare with St Christopher’s has provided compassionate care for dying people and their loved ones in Bromley since 1984. It costs Harris HospisCare with St Christopher’s over £1.7million every year to maintain its services. As a registered charity it relies on the support of donations and legacies to continue its work.
Many thanks to all those who attended and came down to show their support! Below are a few photos and bits of video from the Summer Fair. Enjoy!
